Can't believe there is still so long to go until the game. I know we've had the week off but it seems like an eternity.

I can only imagine how the players must feel, is anyone else feeling the same way or am I just a little too eager?

I can't get the taste of my own bloodied finger nails out of my mouth.

So, yes, it isn't just you.

What about now? Are we closer? Are we there yet?

Fletch we are aiming for a mad October but as you know (well, as an Essendon supporter you may not) it is definitely one week at a time.

Is today really only Thursday?

I woke up this morning, peered out the window at the slightly dulled sunshine and realised that finally, after so much waiting, Friday was here. The weather looks today calm and stable,  a huge crowd will be heading along to the G. All my neutral mates are coming along with me, even they they pretend to not be interested in the Pies. Surprisingly some of them are even supporting the Pies because they hate Geelong, go figure.

But is it not about neutrals whose teams have long ago disappointed their fans, this is about the Champions Geelong against the best side of 2010 the Pies. Two teams enter, 1 team lives & I bloody well hope that team is Collingwood.

Go Pies!!!!

Yay it is Friday and I am on holidays time to sit back and enjoy the footy! ;D

Let's just say this!

Geelong and Collingwood have been outstanding this year. Malthouse and Thompson have handled themselves superbly, as have the players.

Both teams are at full strength. Both teams expect to win.

How about this Pies and Cats fans? Let's not blame the umpires. Not blame injuries. Not blame goal-kicking. May the best team win! No excuses.
