are you both for real? why would we trade armfield? he gives us drive from the backline that we need! I love him and he's hard at the ball too like robinson, the type of players we dont have enough of!

Let me guess your both haters over the fact he got caught trying to break the lines last week? Like Ratten said, at least he had a go we needed to win so the ball has to get down there some how!

Well, Have you got a better option? I don't know what they really have to offer...

Master Q

Traaax, who else do you get rid of? Hampson? Why would they take him?

definitely good that he tried to provide run. just a reeeeli bad decision to bounce when he was getting tackled... lol

Traaxx

definably! if it was meant to be there would of been someone right there for him to handball too but no.. and i agreed with Ratten that if had that time over again he'd ask him to do the same thing!

and as for who to throw up for Taz, i'm not fully convinced we should be getting him, he's 30, how long does he have left? 2 to 3 years? Perhaps maybe he is worth having to fill the void until some of the younger ones step up..

armfield couldnt hit the board on lou's handball

Traax, I think the inevitable early end of your season has had you smoking too much wacky weed.

Every time I see Armfield in the Carlton side I stride to the G a little more confident that your side will lose. C-grade player who has the disposal that would make Humphry bear look good.

humphrey bear is amazing though, natural born leader, never shuts up on the field, quickest mover i have ever seen

He is the kind of recruit I would expect Dennis Pagan would of seriously considered for Carlton.  A big name with experience regardless of how old or agile he is.

Agree. I would be amazed if the Blues were interested. And I like Armfield.

Traaxx

Yes i actually i hope we don't get him and just be a little patient with what we have! If he was a couple of years younger perfect! I see that Thornton is only 26 too? Rather trade him than Armfield! Though not sure if anyone would take Thornton! You know i'm not surprised people on forums always see the negatives before the positives, sure perhaps his skills aren't great but in todays fast game you have to weigh up speed vs ability, and to be honest i've seen Bower make just as many horrendous mistakes as Armfield! As for me smoking Pot.. stop being a hater!
