So, what happens to Essendon next year?
I mean, it is hard to see what happens without a coach but, can we see them making the finals next year or is it time to try and rebuild the list again.
Personally I think it would be much better for Essendon to develop our current list, a lot of potential there and with all GC's picks now is not the time to bottom out
I don't think we will make the 8 but we will win a bit of respect back and not suffer as many heavy losses.

INdeed they should. With a few pre-seasons (bulk up/get fitter) and some better kicking a lot of your list could develop into something.

i reckon essendon need to get another strong backman and stop playing stanton forward or back he is a premium midfielder and also another key forward

So yeah pretty much no way we can get those players until the AFL come to their senses and start supporting existing clubs and making for a competitive league instead of making new clubs :|

Some room to recruit a name such as Drummond, Mundy, Salopek or even Knights would be a big recruit.

We have a bright future but still don't think we could make the 8 unless one of these guys (or similar) are recruited.

Well, Mundy I doubt it, Salopek is very likely and wouldn't mind him, Drummo coming to Vic I think would like him at Essendon, Knights...
Was thrown around last year might of had enough of Adelaide.
I would like all of them but realistically I think we might get Salopek and maybe, just maybe, Drummond.

Drummo would be a big coop. Such a great kick when his body is right. I'd prefer him as our main target. A leader for Pears and Hooker for now.

Salopek can help the run off half back and throught he middle.

If we could get them, there is a good chance we'll be contending for top 8 as soon as next season 8).
