Summary:

Well didn't Jumping Jack surprise a few this year?. i knew he was a talent just didn't expect him to dominate till at least next year or year after.Either way a Coleman medal to his name and a fine season especially considering his starting price.he exceeded expectations. And a nice little 217 with his bag of 10 against the eagles just to top it off for those who took him

The Crystal Ball:
Based on last year's magic number

Price: $490,523
Position: FWD

with another preseason for the tigers to get more used to hardwick's game plan. A season for getting games into youth and a season for Jack's breakout could well spell for an even better year next year. Or will they find other avenue's to goal so he won't see as much of the ball?

Decision:

Seems to be stepping into the Riewoldt footballing fame quite well even beating cousin Nick to a Coleman
not a bad asking price either considering what his capable of. Personally at the moment i myself am 50/50 but the question is

Will Jumping Jack be selected by you in 2011?

BratPack

Until Richmond prove they're more than a one forward team? Ummmm No

benjy251090

i am with you on this one, 50/50, will see his pre-season form

DazBurg

only problem for me which i just thought of if i take 'delicious' i won't be taking jumping jack most likely so will be a comp between them two in preseason

benjy251090

yeah, at this stage i pretty much have Senior Roo, Delicious and Petrie locked up front at this stage, might squeeze one of brown or junior roo in depending on rookie availability and salary space

DazBurg

same thoughts as me.....with the 3 u locked already....but there in lies the problem with salary space is what i'm thinking

benjy251090

i am sure with GC coming in there will be some gems, apparantly Little (used to play for hawks now at GC) lead the goalkicking in the VFL and Darling has scored 308SC in a state level match off 19 possessions so they could be 2 cheap forward options :S

DazBurg

yeah i like the look of little watch him when they have a box hill game on Saturdays on abc don't know much bout darling besides hearing his name mentioned alot

benjy251090

will be a very tough year though, you will need good balance, that is where those little and darling type players will come into play

DazBurg

exactly.....which is how i mean jumping jack and rioli will be fighting it out and atm jumping jack looks like he might just miss the cut in my side....depends how i go for cash though

benjy251090

probably the same in my team, cant wait til February when i can have a good fiddle with everything

yeah or that

benjy251090

if you want to put some sides together, i am going to work on the basis of last years magic number, the 33 man structure and last years mpp's as well to make a team soonish based on an $11mil salary, excell is a handy thing :)
