bit more of an explanation

when you hit coach ( 1000 ) posts, the coaches board opens up to you ( which you can't see now )
the DT SC league idea sits in there for coaches.

So the more coaches we get, the more leagues ( or divisions say 1, 2 ect ) we can get

currently both are full ( well 1 spot left in SC i think )

yes it does, hopefully i will have 1000 posts by next season so i can play in the tribute season for exlam
