Should the Eagles use their #4 draft pick or trade it to another club?

With the first two picks likely being centremen going to GC (Swallow and Benell) and the third going to GC (likely to be Sam Day - Natanui like) who should they go for as their midfield needs mature help.

Use it on the best player available.

Trading it would be disastrous

Boomz

Use it... unless they want to give it to essendon for Laycock?

Alex7089

If they trade it they can look forward to a bottom four finish for the next 3-4 years :)

Agree with ossie here. Recuit a young midfielder or a nice tall forward target. Need somebody to help LeCras up forward. KPF would probably serve them the best. A ready made body who can already play at a senior level would probably be the best choice they can draft.

who can they get for their pick tho? without knowing exactly what was on offer its hard to say imo

Master Q

Use It. They want young talent, and need to stay away from going winning next to no games in 2011.

Eagles really need a young midfielder who can kick above the AFL average kicking efficiency. The ball is absolutely slaughtered when rebounding and spotting targets up forward. Really need to use that pick wisely.

DazBurg

they' be stupid to trade away pick  especially with all the concessions gold coast get

Have to be a fantastic deal to throw that trade pick away. Keep it & use it wisely.

Everyone thinks they should keep it. Everyone is smart!  ;D

they would be stupid to throw it away, maybe get a new KPP forward or back, probably back though
