Yeah I reckon pick a team each week.
I think there should be unlimited trades since most of your trades will be from unpicked players, and since no salary cap you don't need to downgrade one player to upgrade another

Maybe there should be a deadline then for the trades to occur before, like 12 hours before the first game, so that you don't have time to collate all the trades and pick a team for each week?
