This was a response I gave to someone when they were wondering what I was talking about:

I'd make a league with 10,12 or 16 competitors. Then, I'd (or someone who's not involved) would write everyone's name down, cut them up and put them in a hat. One by one, you take them out. The person who out first gets first pick and so on. Getting pulled out first is a huge advantage, but that's the fun of the game. Your first pick could be obvious or strategical, you could pick Lampard, or maybe Hart as getting a good keeper can be crucial. You keep picking one by one till you get about 15 players (1 bench for each position) . Then there would be a scoring system, perhaps the same as the Official EPL's fantasy game. During the season, you can trade with others, giving 1 player for 1, or 2 for 1, maybe even 3 for 2, however you want it, but you can't go over 14 players. You can drop players, and pick up players who are free agents, but if you drop someone, someone else can pick them up quickly.

Draft picks. There is an order.

2 people can't have 1 player CF, so no Salary Cap.

Ok fair enough. I have just seen others do draft systems with salary caps still to make it even harder. So you pick the best like lampard, but then it is harder to get a balanced squad

Don't think we should play that way, too much fiddling with squads, and you will need to price players, and constantly make it higher or lower.

I think Hills, Hellopplz, hawka will all play. I don't know about Fletch or Rob though.
