Franks retirement is not a shock, but is disappointing. He has been one of the great presidents of any club. Geelong are where they are now mainly because of him. When he took over we were broke and looking at moving our home games to Melbourne. We owe him everything.

I wonder if Rex Gorrell will have another crack at it. He REALLY wanted to be president when Frank beat him, and Gorrell has a reputation of getting what he wants eventually.
