watch that time bomb in the backline !

band-aid man

it would be nice if you knew gaj would punch out 120 - 130 each week consistantly, then he would
be set and forget. but the question is, will he ?
Exactly, its a No from me... No protection from the GC midfield like he had from the Cats midfield.

cortez

Due to him being in such a low team and playing with so many kids his scores will be very inconsistent. Will score his normal high scores but will also score more 70's and 80's. Will be a rollercoaster ride. But if your up for some very high highs and a few lows get on!

cortez

P.s. I was an still thinking of taking Gary simply because he has no byes for the rest of the season. But come finals time i was players who you know will get good scores thats why I'm leaning towards priddas. Does have a week off in round 17 but think i can cover. If you are out of the overall tho the best option would be to go for players who have there second bye in league byes such as mundy, scott Thompson and moloney.

Bedlam

I always thought that once he found his feet at the Suns consistency would improve, and the upside of no fellow premium mids means he is likely to have a greater effect on games, and therefor a higher multiplier with no-one to steal his points.

Part of me is tossing up going for Hodge with just a double trade, but coming off an achilles and no MPP this year makes him less desirable.

I still have my doubts about West Coast and Priddis holding form for the whole season

woofy

So.... Anybody jumping on this guy this week? Don't know how he'll go against his old side though, but could do what Brennan did to his old team and dominate. Will he be rested closer to the end of the season?

I'm thinking of bringing him in for Callan Ward. My other mids are Swan, Priddis then rookies...

Thoughts?

meow meow

I will definitely NOT be bringing him in this week.

+1 Too inconsistent, and has no support like he did at Geelong

woofy

so you will EVENTUALLY bring him in meow meow but just not this week?. his b/e isn't that high this week.

True that Fletch74. Will actually reconsider and get a more consistent and durable player from a better team.

Hrmzz... who to get. would love to beat opp in league but finding it tough with his midfield of swan, mundy, selwood, bartel, pendlebury and libba.

want to get mundy but his b/e is high and will get pendles and boyd after their byes.

ladasp

This week or the next thats the question. Hes either gonna fail horribly or go really hard and score large against his old team as to which will happen im still unshore but i think you have to fit him in at some stage soon i will be and i hope its worth it. Would of been great to add his 190 odd last week and youll be kicking youself if he gets anywhere close to that this week plus uve got nothing to lose with that mid. go for it.

Mozza3

I'm bringing him in. He's the best best player in the comp. I don't expect 190's from him every week and I'm sure he'll have some bad weeks but there is no one else like him.

meow meow

Well, I brought him in in round 2 when John Brown broke his face, so that explains why I won't be getting him this week. I had blind faith in him, because he is the best midfielder in the league. You people have seen what you're going to get. Some 70's in his bad games, but he is still capable of 150+ in others. The only thing you have to ask yourself, is will he have more good games than average games? Is he taggable? Is he stoppable?

PICCOLLO

Not getting him in yet but im not ruling him out. If he averages 120+ over next 3 weeks, hes in.

Thought the thing with that, is that by the end of that three weeks, he'll be MUCH more expensive..

but the lions are not quite as good as the cats

meow meow

Just wait one more week and see if he is able to beat Ling. Hodge couldn't do it. If Gary can, then you get the green light to bring him in.
