Finished top 1000 in DT and SC.
If only I didnt pick Warren and Mayne at the start of the year would of had a couple extra trades.
Also didnt pick enough rookies. Need to bite the bullet and make sure I dont pick a mid pricer over a rookie!
I'm a little different to that CuStArDaRm, I wish I had more mids than rookies (went with the 5 rookie mid) and finished 5000's. Top 1000 means you are doing something right, stick with your proven plans. ;)

Yeh I was definately happy dont get me wrong, had plenty of luck. I ended up trading mayne and Warren for Rockliff and Pods of which I had both but because they werent picked round one I dropped them.

I guess it all depends on the season, man this bye shower has got me stumped! so many options  :P

I in the end threw him in the later part of the season. Be the same this year too I reckon.

yeah i brought him in for the granny... he tortured me in my rookie year so i swore off him last year

The one Thing i did do right is pick good prems from the start. Had all the obvious plus ones like Chappy who's Avg. went up when no one Expected it to.

My goal this season is to pick that player who purely is suffering for positional reasons thus not getting enough time on ball or not getting it kicked to them due to other players taking their spot. Looking for someone who gets more opportunity through someone elses injury etc.

Leon is a prime example on the flip side last year of dropping that 30 odd% as  he lost time in the middle to the likes of Beams, Sidebottom etc. and didnt get a lot of ball forward because of up and comers like mcCaffer, dawes etc.

Playing Fantasy NBA It comes up a lot more, guys get 10 extra minutes and walah! their value go's huge and you notice that they can actually play coz' their getting minutes.
In footy it is more getting extra minutes on ball etc.

I really wanna find a guy whos on the other side of the coin, although it may only be a small gain someone like Waite may excel early because of Henderson being out (probably) or under done.

Tambling gone at Richmond may get a Foley or the like to rise a little with all the youngsters there and of course Cousins gone too.

Food for thought guys good luck  :P :
