its sad bcos he is a champion of our club however coaching is a cut throat gig and we didnt improve this year so we need to address that

Yeah I think you really need to cull your B-C grade players that are not going to improve or develop such as Armfield and Robinson.
Time to start asking questions about the lower tier of your club I think ;)
