I am in the prelim and have 2 trades remaining

The team I am playing outscored me by 100 last week but I copped 2 donuts.

Sandi and Pav are out and I have Jackson Trengove (Port) backing up Sandi and Jack Watts backing up Pav.

Who should I trade out or should I just go both of them??
