nathan bock has basically been sacked when adelaide found out he will be playing for GC suns next year. He has been told to pack his bags and will not be considered for selection in rnd 21+22

this could start a free fall of players outed for going to the GC suns in the trade period last year

Kurt Tippet & Porps have also come out and confirmed for the Gold Coast although that is just for a 10 day family holiday to get some sun so is a bit different.

It at the very least means the Crows may get a 1st round draft pick as compensation by the AFL, something many other teams may not.

An injury prone champion who this afternoon stood in front of his peers and had his say. Brett Burton stood up to him and on behalf of the playing group slammed him verbally. Jason Porplyzia confirmed on radio this afternoon that he backed what Burton had to say.

It depends on the FULL truth about when he signed or is to sign.

If he signed during the "loop hole" period the AFL may give Adelaide a compensatory first round pick (taken from GC), if he's yet to officially sign on the dotted line but in terms of agreement with GC then Adelaide may only get a 30ish pick or essentially nothing ala Nick Stevens from Port to Carlton.
