I do apologize if there is already a thread running on this but i did not see it. Does anyone in the football world, except the rules commission, think the interchange rules need changing. Personally, I think the game is in great shape atm, and the rules commission are making changes unnecessarily. I feel strongly about this and would love to hear from other people.
