Need to make 2 trades through injury, but to who I ask?

Need to get rid of Chris Knights as he is out for atleast 4 weeks with a broken eye socket. I thought it would be good to trade up to Gibbs as he will be a keeper all year based on his current form, and even so if it was to dip a bit.
However to do so, I need to free up some coin and the logical choice is to get rid of Hentschel for a 86k rookie.
My question to you is, who should I downgrade Hentschel to in order to upgrade Knights to Gibbs? I have enough cash cows (Ziebell, Hill, Suban, Rich, Zaharakis, Beams, Krakouer) so really looking for a rookie who is playing know who you think will continue to play. Any ideas?
