Essendon making top 4 again? I can see it happening in like 3-4 years when our young players start to get a bit more experience and teams like Geelong, Western Bulldogs start to drop off...

I understood the Idea in getting an experienced forward but really Williams?! he spelled used goods.

I hope we do not turn out to be the next Richmond, missing the 8 just every year. It just seems like we are a bit stagnant in terms of development. Many players like Winderlich(granted he's had injury issues), Myers, Jetta, LAYCOCK have not lived up to the hype. The future of the club lies in the hands of Gumby, Hurley, Hooker, Ryder etc.

I know surely there was someone better we could of gotten  :-\
Myers has also had quite a few injury woes, Laycock is just a dud I have completely given up on him, Jetta showed signs earlier this year, Gumby, Hooker, HUrley, Pears all going to be guns.

When Pears is back next year, maybe Hurley can move forward and share the duty with Gumby. F... Williams off, he's a waste of space!

He is, I would rather him be dumped/traded/whatever and have the club admit that was a failure and draft and develop our own forward instead of taking other clubs s***

CRAPP If I were an Essendon supporter, I'd be REAL disappointed if "we" didn't make the top 4 next year. You guys don't seem to realize what a good side you have!

You seem to have a lot of belief in us bunyip. I think we have a very good list and developing them is important I find it hard to believe they can reach their potential under Kightmare though  :-\

But Alex....You MUST believe that you can. Do you think your players don't read forums like this. Get rid of the negativity and show you LOVE the club. Be supportive in the lean years, and enjoy the good ones. :)
