You guys should thank Collingwood for poking a bear in the eye with a hot stick. The Melbourne papers have been having a ball at Geelongs expense this week. They are going to be VERY angry, and guess who the first team they see is?
You might see a side of the Cats this week that usually only appears when we play Hawthorn.
This game won't have the build up of last weeks game, but I promise you, it will be a fast, tough game.
The Doggies have the list to match Geelong, so it will come down to who wants it the most.

Dogs by 13 points. Just a feelin'

going to be a cracker i reckon

can the cats handle the fast moving dogs and shut them down

Alex7089

Yeah should be a great game.
Bit unlucky on the Doggies side that the Cats will want nothing more but to win every game between here and finals to prove they can still win he premiership.

And if the Dogs can in fact win, it leaves the door wide open for them to come in and snatch it ::) :o

It really depends now if Cooney and Gilbee are playing... I'd love to see the Dogs win, but without those two... :-\

Alex7089

Hargrave is in doubt as well. Losing 3 key players could be a bit much...
They would have to pull off something special to win without them :o

And yet Bomber is talking about resting 3 players

I thought he said the opposite?

But half of the dogs have the flu...

bunyip

The Doggies are the only team in the top 4 who can realistically be tipped out. They will play to win, whereas it may not mean that much to the cats. I thought they might come out to prove a point after the Collingwood game but maybe not.

Alex7089

I think Geelong will want to win in order to keep their spot.

SCADDICT

Geelong by 30 points. Would have tipped the cats even without the flu thing but this makes a fair bit worst.

Alex7089

INdeed it does missing a few key players as well as others in doubt... :-\
