What about the RULE

What happens on a footy trip, stays on the footy trip.  This rule can be applied for Bucks Parties too ;)  (which is why I am going to Melbourne)

Was asked openly by that "friend" (who was the sister-in-law of one of our touring party) in front of all "did we go to a *" and I've never lied to Priscilla in 17 years so of course I had to say "yes, what do you expect 6 blokes would do on footy trip to Melbourne - just watch footy?"
For added effect I then elaborated on the evening - figured if you're walking on thin ice you might as well dance. ;)

p.s. it's cold on the couch ! :D

That is true Naste.  I was lucky to get the couch as well when I recently went to a "*" (as McRooster described it :P).  First time I have been to one in at least 10 years and boy was I in trouble.  She kept reminding me about the trouble I was in over the next 4 weeks.
