my backline like many others is struggling for players!!
i've got raines, petrenko, broughton and hill and between them they need to fill 2 spots in my starting team.
i've also got anthony on my bench in the mids who i want to trade for a cash cow!!

option A - trade out hill for a cheaper rookie who is playing ie rance or cheney? and upgrade anthony for otten?

option B - trade out hill or raines for cheap rookie and wait till next week and maybe swap anthony for zaharakis??

option C - broughton finally gets a game and i leave hill and raines on the bench meaning i wont have the cash to upgrade anthony to otten - leaving me to trade next week for zaharkis if his form holds up??

any ideas boys??

i think otten is probably a safe bet in the mids especially since knights will miss a month but i will have to downgrade hill or raines to afford this??
i'm not keen on robinson for some reason and i've all ready got beams on my bench. Zaharkis and a blinder in the 2's then played really well against freo ( i know it was only freo but the kid must be able to play?) had 30 touches and kicked a lazy 7 goals the week before!!

Be mindful that prices will move after this week. So chances are Ottens will move up

Just like Robinson who had a blinder first up....Zaharis will get a couple of more games

You can keep Beams because he's already there....but he's only in because Thomas had the flu

yeah i undestand this thats why i was asking opinions for?? i can downgrade hill or raines and get otton this week otherwise hope zaharkis keeps playing well and get him the week after for anthony?

Touhg choice considering you already have beams.

You will not see final teams - and maybe 25 man squads - before Freo plays bc they have the Melbourne draw - Sunday's only.  Therefore, you will not know if Harvey wakes up and realises that Hill's body is simply not ready for AFL and replaces him with Broughton.

Hill is a cat and must be traded - will probably not make his break-even and lose money.  I liked Rance but am unsure of his spot - is it for Thursfield or Raines?  Cheney looks to be a likely type, and with injuries being delayed at the Dees (Wona, Garland, Grimes, etc) should get at least 5 and hopefully 7 - 8 games of "upgrade football".

Anthony also must go, because he will not make you money until rounds 12 - 16, by my reckoning.  He's a trade in at round 8 - 11.  Pick up Otten or Robinson.  Both safe, Otten safest, but Robinson better equipped to go big.
