Brad Johnson was unethical to put up the hypothetical.
No business model like this works, it is essentially work place bullying and Aker rightly has a reason to be upset.
The situation may have been untennable and outcome justified but the forum in which delivered by Johnson was childish and irresponsible to best business practice.
That's what has Aker so mad.
It will not instill any other young individual player or "young business partner" to want to speak up or share ideas within their sanctum. Players will not want to be the embarrassing subject of persecution and will keep to themselves their ideas.
That was not Jason, that's why he's gone.
The evolvement of the game will suffer under Leading teams programs.

Yeah sounds like a load of rubbish to me. It's just getting by on the success of the Cats.

We've only heard Akermanis side of the story. Johnson and the Bulldogs are too professional to release private conversations.

Don't get me wrong, Aker had to go.
But there's is so much heat about it because Jason is one of those individuals who thinks if you say "sorry" about something he believes the problem is fixed.
Sometimes it's never enough for the other party, damage is done.

The Bulldogs just chose to repair the damage the wrong way.
