Against questionable opposition, the Pies and Cats (start of 3rd quarter) are showing they are not taking any team lightly. Can't wait until these two play each other, the Cats will start favourites - rightly - and may mean next to nothing ladder wise, but psychological barriers maybe created.

So, who was better this weekend? Geelong's dismantling of a hapless Lions, or Magpies barely breaking a sweet against the inexperienced Tigers?

You can't take anything out of results like this. These games are only newsworthy if you lose them.
You can see it now that the game in 2 weeks will be billed as the Match Of The Season or something. I think the only psychological damage it could do is if it is one sided.
If Geelong crumble as they did against St. Kilda I think we might have a problem at catland.

And if Collingwood are impotent in the forward line again, something will be wrong at Pies land.

I've said it before but

Defense: Even
Midfield: Cats on stars, Pies on depth
Ruck: Pies just
Forwards: Cats just

I don't see it that way.
Defense.....Geelong better
Mids........Geelong better
Rucks........Collingwood better
Forward........Collingwood better
I think our players are also better looking.
