Here's my team
Backs: Hodge, Goddard, Malceski, Enright, Shaw, Hurn, Webberly (Waters, Maguire)

Mids: GAJ, Swan, Montags, Cooney, Judd, Bastinac (Stevenson, Rohan)

Rucks: Sandi, NicNat (Roughhead, Lobbe)

Forwards: Chappy, Pav, ROK, Dids, Pods, J Brown, Rockliff (Fyfe, Watts)

I've got 4 trades left and no ca$hola. Sitting safely in the eight in both my leagues but fall short to the top teams every time.
I'm seriously thinking of trading out of GAJ. I've lost faith (yeah call me crazy) and I know it would be a huge POD come finals time. If he comes good I'm screwed (which I prob am anyway) but if he continues his downward spiral then it could just be a masterstroke that gets me over the line!
Ultimately I want Roo and a Selwood type premium mid and I'm done. Cash is obviously a problem as GAJ is deflating as I type!!

Thoughts on finishing off this team? (and please dont just say hang on to GAJ. If I'm to do it how can I get it done to max the risk I take?)

webs or maguire to a. smith of WCE and play waters on the field which will give you plenty of cash and i would rather see you upgrade bastinac then GAJ

Yeah, trade out GAJ, brilliant move. Your team is perfect bar GAJ. With the likes of hurn and nicnat in your best 22, GAJ is the  only one weighing you down!

Plus with 4 trades left you'll have plently left over for finals!

you've got much bigger issues than GAJ. You really need to upgrade NicNat and Bastinac, a downgrade of Webb or Maguire for the cash, do that over the next 3-4 weeks, and pray for no injuries!

With 4 trades you are looking at 2 prem upgrades. Space out the trades over then next 2 weeks incase of LTI...

sorry but yes i'm going to say do not trade out GAJ. because in no shape or form can u manifest a good move.
look clearly u aint going to be able to bring in the cream of the crop with limited cash, so u make a choice here. you've prob got 2 doubles left ( or one double with 2 for swaps or injuries). if ur entrenched in the 8 wait for finals to decide what to do. trade out gazza if u want but u got other ways to make up points and ppl have already mentioned the obvious areas for improvement.
i wouldn't be writing off GAJ just yet anyway m8 - cats v lions at skilled this week (look no further than hodgey's score last week v lions) and then cats v swans (pulls out his special scores against this mob)
personally i still think i'll make him captain. a big one is on the horizon IMO

You're obviously looking for someone to agree with this crazy move of trading out GAJ, but it won't be me. 

If you want to trade him out though, then it's your team, and you go for it.

Trade out one of Waters/Maguire, that is too much cash sitting on the bench. Then upgrade Bastinac and sit back and keep 2 trades for finals time.
