In my speaking to those who know such things, they say he will play.

It is apparently a niggle he has had since early in the season (before the earlier scare which was round 7 if my memory serves me correctly) and this just aggravated it. Will be having surgery at the season's end.

Well he was named. Not that I doubted my source but I regretted posting it in case something changed and I ended up looking like a git.

More importantly Mitchell is back so I don't have to cop a 0 this week and a very strong Hawks side goes on to face the Lions, interesting that Sewell was dropped, that I didn't catch wind of and I didn't that he was playing that badly.

Would have liked JKT to get the spot in place of Whitecross ;)

Yep but they said they would give him until the last minute so still a big chance of a late withdrawal!!!!

This time I don't mind if he's a late withdrawl. The last 2 weeks I've had all of my bench players not playing, and last week I even had 2 donuts, this week I have 6 players (Brown, Goose, Mitchell, Waite, Goddard, Hurn coming back, so if Buddy does not play, I'll finally have some reserves...

Hope he doesn't miss though

Lisle is named as an emergency so should Buddy not play for whatever reason I would imagine he would get his first senior start. Good for all of those who picked him as a bench Ruckman expecting him to replace the absent Taylor and Skipper.
