Not only did he get it wrong, but how could you possibly think that a bloke could miss a shot from that distance. I it ridiculous.

I think the point was the umpire thought he kicked only after the ball crossed the line. Think about it, sure he got himself in a spot where he earned the goal but if his foot was over and it was only a behind and geelong won by as much we'd still be talking about it.

Fact of the matter is, video reply is needed, plain and simple. The only bad thing about that is if every second call goes to the reply.

This action would be doing the opposite of what the afl want...slowing the game down. Hmm...ponders.

Ah CFC that sucks man! I did the same thing but thankfully it didn't affect my result.
If Jonno Brown hadn't ended up winning the game on Saturday night he'd be a sure nomination for fudging up Banfield's shot on goal a few mins earlier.
