browny_wce

ryder/cox/hmac/mummy as premiums
gorringe/lycett (should both be top5) as rookies

elephants

Sammocorw

Could even punt on Lobbe or Warnock as 3rd or 4th rucks if they dont play much between now and the end of this year.

elephants

yeah i dont like the look of warnock with sam jacobs, hampson, kruezer all in front of him for a ruck spot and he seems to be pretty useless anywhere else so....

lobbe however could be alright with brogan possibly moving to the GC.

A little old? Nic Nat going into his 3rd Year, Maybe another Tall on the rise from the draft ???

elephants

yeah i love coxy but he has to share the ruck duties with nic nat now 50:50 and he rests in the forward line, now we all know west coast arent the strongest side going around atm so cox doesnt get the ball as much anymore :(

a pass from me but will be one to watch. (in saying this i will rpobly have him next year :P )

Justin Bieber

Zac Smith probably only ruck rookie certain to play from the get go (if they don't recruit another ruckman). 4th spot can be left undecided for a while since who knows who can come out of nowhere.

Have alot of ruckman to choose for 2nd spot. I like Hmac/Ryder but have so many others who have the POTENTIAL to step up a notch.

^^^ sam day will be a sure thing. hes gonna go top 5. he has played ruck/key forward this carnival so he should deffinatly be in the rucks

Sam Day won't play as a ruck. These days teams want ruckmen over 200cm - the likes of gorridge and lycett.

He is 196cm has good hands and a massive verticle leap. Day's attributes are best suited to a key forward role.

And anyway, why would you even consider a 1st year key forward or ruckmen for DT? Both positions require a huge amount of development (2-4 years) before you would even consider them in your DT.

Example 1: Jack Watts.

I rest my case.
