Master Q

Welcome to the 15th Hop on Him! This week I am going to talk about 2 players. For the first player, we are again going to look at a strong forward for your team, as a new shiny premium or a replacement for Jonathan Brown. The other, we are going to look at a mid-priced defender.

Dale Thomas (Daisy)

Dale Thomas is an emerging star for the Collingwood Magpies. Working very hard this year, has led to some impressive scores. Daisy is just over the 400k mark, so Is quite affordable for...

Daisy's been spectacular this year. And all those people bagging him out at the start of the season should eat their words. He was great last season, and stepped up more this year. People assume that since he's not taking speccies and miracle goals, that he isn't influencing games. In fact, he is influencing games more. Will finish high in Collingwood's B&F.

Blueboys

The problem is not many would have selected him from the start since he had a poor one last year.

With limited trades and injuries could be hard to bring him in atm.

I don't rate him as a prem so won't be getting him in my side!  :P

Nice write up Q  ;D

Fantasy wise had a poor year, but yeah, you're right.

Master Q

True, but I got to give people options. As I listed he is the most affordable if you need a Forward who scores.

Holz

daisy scores like a premium but for some reason most people dont see him as well, i cant explain it but i feel this way too i think i will pay that bit more for PAV

grimes is a huge risk but could pay off, i normally try to not bring in players from teams i dont think will challenge for the 8 and i think melbourne will finish somewhere around 10-12, im bringing in guys from teams like freo, sydney, hawthorn, carlton who i think will be challenging for the top 4 and top 8

Holz

shaw to grimes is tempting its one of those trades that will either cause you to rise up the rankings or fall sharply, i will probably keep onto shaw but i wouldnt be suprised is grimes averages 100 for the rest of the season

Blueboys

Plenty of options at 402k

All prem's too!

Gia
Goodes
Didak - when he plays - lol
B Harvey
Pav
ROK
Franklin
JB - When he plays

Roili not a prem but a smokey for sure! Don't say eveyone has all them players because I am sure they don't! lol  ;D

Holzman, anyone would, including me. As I said before, he is the most affordable around the 400k mark, because for many, Pav could use 2 trades.

@Blueboys

Gia - That's Covered.
Goodes - I already have talked about him, think it was 12
Didak - Not Playing
Harvey - Daisy is more consistent
Pav - ^^^^^
ROK - I talked about him in HOH#14
Franklin - Are you kidding me?
JB - Talked about him/Injured

So basically it's Thomas & Gia. Might do Gia next week, but Thomas I needed to do this week, because of his price.

Blueboys

I would put all of them ahead of daisy, incl franklin  :P

Master Q

Holz

i think franklin is really underated if it hadnt been for the suspensions he would have been one of the best forwards all year, great value daisy has also been great i just see more benefit from franklin, higher ceiling and also cheaper

googs?

Slap

yeah......  just because you wrote about them ages ago, doesnt mean they are not relevant, or a worser option than a new article's player.

I'd go a handful of players ahead of daisy..
Even wait for injured didak or brown.
