Ok weve got the usuals, Ablett, Swan, Bartel, Chapman, Joey who do you think the best captain choices will be?

Hodge's scores at the MCG this year  142  101  114  84  104  84  131 avg. 108.57
hasn't really got good avg against Essendon so hes out of the picture for me, though hell probs go out and get 160 or sumthin.

Barlow has never played at Ethihad so no stats there and no stats agaonst Carlton either. Carrazz may tag him.

Stanton also has an impressive carreer average against he Hawks averaging 111.8 in the ten times he has played against them.

Out of the choices up there i have only got Bartel and Joey so im going to probably put Bartel captain.

where is stanton?? i know his form of late hasnt been good but he is a superstar dter and his form against essendon is astounding 120+ in his last 4,

Just a thought but should Barlow now be considered in this group of elite midfielders?  I've been very impressed with his ability to go on and post scores that are well in excess of 100, yet hadn't really considered him as captain material until now.

Thanks 4 that zz :) I dno who i'll go with this week. I dnt wanna pick joey and have ling go to him, i dnt wanna pick swan and have kirk go to him.. And GAJ will be picked up by jones so he might struggle.. I think its out of Stants and bartel for me. I reckon the saints cats game might be preti high scoring aswell so it might have to be bartel this week i think
