He looked rubbish. Too much muscle and power and no speed and agility. Hopefully a season through the VFL will change his body enough so that he can actually play 4 quarters and not look like the biggest waste of money ever (in terms of player value rather than advertising/club membership value which it probably is worth it for)

Just to add to how rubbish he looked... when people used to rubbish fevola for not trying and no defensive pressure and no second efforts he was at least running around this ground. This guy mops around the field and then grabs his bum just to make it seem like he's not rubbish.

technically, from a non dt perspective, this experiment of the AFL's has already worked. apparently there was ahuge turnout to see him. way above the usual crowd.

thats already a feather on the AFL's cap

if the GC guys are all rookie priced i might just fill my benches with them, there has to be a lot of rookies who will get 22 games
