We have seen it; we have heard about it; we have been mildy amused by it ....

Yes, it's the story of Boyd and Gia and how one's performance sometimes affects the other's ... especially this year.

If you already have Gia then you're pretty much stuck with him, and bring in Boyd if you want him because Boyd is a gun.

On the otherhand, if you have Boyd and Gia is good value, would you be tempted to bring him in ?

Also, will you take their dependency into account when you select your team next year ?

What other combinatons can you think of ? Would you like to share ?

Cheers.

yes, possible

that was what i thought early on in the year and stayed clear of brown (never wanted fev) but he tore it up early.

Wonder how Gia might go now with Higgins out. I agree with you Elxam re Boyd and Gia, but who knows they both might work out now??

Correct me if I am wron but Gia had 2 blinders when Boyd was out... I thought he would stop when Boyd came back but Griffen was out for 1 week and Gia scored well then aswell.

I'm hoping Higgens injury could free Gia up a little bit,... at least he may kick more goals

GinoGod

Correct me if im wrong but when Gia scored 142 against Melbourne this year. Boyd, Griffen & Higgins all played in that game

Yes, it does look as though Gia is kind of a mr fix-it, only does well when others are out? Does he has spot to call his own ?

With Higgins out he will definitely benefit.

Another combo is Hmac and Goldstein >:(. Made my guy take less time in the ruck this year >:(.

elxam

am slowly seeing too that Nic Nat's presence is eating into Cox's TOG, making Cox no longer the champion of yesteryears

bundyboy

funny how it can work both ways though...

Hille and Ryder have been killing it....(when not injured)

probably a better pair than Cox and Nat  or Hmac and Goldstein..

Ok Gino.... I wasn't willing to go back and look at the stats to see who was playing but that is 1/3. I have also noticed from watching them play gilbee and Gia get alot more ball and score well thier opposition flood in defence
