League 2, 1 ppr QB, RB, RB, RB/WR, WR, WR, TE, D/ST, K, 7 bench spots

I was eyeing Roddy White, Lesean McCoy and Frank Gore with pick 11, White went at 8 McCoy at 4

Round 1: Andre Johnson, steal, value was to good to pass up.
Round 2: Turner, Gore went at 12 so I took Turner even with Calvin Johnson still on the board
Round 3: DeAngelo Williams, I was wanted Moreno but he was taken 2 spots earlier
Round 4: Wes Welker, Welker in ppr=beast, it was between him and Gates, Gates went the next pick
Round 5: Dallas Clark, Clark in ppr=beast
Round 6: Brandon Marshall, value was way to good to pass up here at pick 62, especially in a ppr format even if the QB situation is terrible
Round 7: Sidney Rice, looking back at this pick I should have taken a QB, earlier when I made the pick Schaub, Peyton Manning, Matt Ryan, Freeman and Flacco were all taken between this pick and the Marshall pick. Freeman was taken 2 picks earlier, I took Rice since he was the best available
Round 8: Eli Manning, I really dislike Eli and dont rate him fantasy wise, it was more of a desperation pick at QB and hope that Orton falls late and plays out the season as starter
Round 9: AJ Green at 107, best available, I started hoarding WR's for trade bait
Round 10: Ravens D/ST, Eagles taken a pick earlier and 4 already off the board, thought I would get a good one
Round 11: Kyle Orton, Cassel went the pick earlier, got him before someone else did
Round 13: Steve Breaston, Ward taken a pick earlier, Breaston should suprise people this season and could make good trade bait. He will get his catches and in ppr it helps.
Round 14: Ben Tate, if Foster goes down, he starts and will kill it, simple as that.
Round 15: Celek, depth player and bye week filler
Round 16: Bironas
Round 17: Chester Taylor, my smokey, there was no one else and Wells is injury prone, he will get receptions and he could be good as a starter for a few weeks.

Eli Manning
Turner
DeAngelo Williams
Marshall
Andre Johnson
Welker
Clark
Ravens
Bironas

Bench: Orton
Sidney Rice
AJ Green
Breaston
Ben Tate
Celek
Chester Taylor

I need another RB and a QB otherwise me team is fine. WR's are money

12 teams looks a tough gig... keep an eye on Delone Carter (Ind) and Deji Karim (Jag)

Carter is behind Addai who is an accident waiting to happen, apparently the kid is a load a la Tolbert...

Karim is behind MJD again an accident waiting to happen coming off knee surgery, apparently they r limiting MJD's workload too...

U joining up the Salary Cap Group Mat?

Mat0369

Both are gone in both leagues. These guys are on the ball when it comes to drafting, the autopick team is the only bad team by the look of it and that still is not that bad. My depth in league 1 is not great but I have a high pick in the waivers so I need to keep my eyes open. League 2 I have a lot of trade bait so I am thinking of offering up Rice and Tate for Shonn Greene and LT. The guy has Foster so I have his handcuff. He is also after a WR.

I might give the salary cap team a miss, I am not sure how much time I can put into fantasy this year so I don't want to leave a dead team in the league.

fair enuf, gonna be tough going then...

its not really a league anyway its just a group... no head to heads just overall ;)

Mat0369

I am lucky I drafted so late in both leagues, it gives me good waiver pick ups. Someone always explodes and injuries happen. I will be looking at whoever goes in as the number 2 back in Cleveland, Madden Curse may strike again.

So after seeing Marcz had gotten the itch I went to NFL.com purely as a matter of research to try a draft. I....just have to share this one. I pick #4

Round 1 (#4): Ray Rice
Absolute no brainer. Only other guy I'd consider is Jamaal Charles. He is the rock

Round 2: (#17): Frank Gore
Again no brainer. Another top 10 running back. Seems to be over everything. So far seems normal enough

Round 3 (#24): Greg Jennings
Yeah let me just take Rodger's only consistent target in the 3rd round thank you. I was upset though that Megatron went one pick before me. But still all seems well

Round 4 (#37): Miles Austin
A nice safe pick. Gets me two stud wideouts. No problems. Smooth sailing

Round 5 (#44): Dwayne Bowe
Love Bowe's upside. Looked the best option after LeGarrete Blount got taken one pick ahead of me  >:( (Come to think of it I hate that guy who picked at #3  >:( )

Round 6 (#57): Jahvid Best.
High upside picks are fun. I love fun. At this point it seems pretty normal. Probably will be bored of this league fast.

Round 7 (#64): Matthew Stafford.
So why not go for maximum overdrive on my return?

Round 8 (#77): Knowshon Moreno.
Say.....I know McGahee's gonna vulture but really? John Fox system. He's still going to have a nice year. Hell I'll take him as a #4

Round 9 (#84): Mario Manningham
Hey look who's still around? YOINK!

Round 10 (#97): Sam Bradford
Gotta have a backup for the man of glass. Still look for max return.

Round 11 (#104): Fred Jackson
DOUBLE YOINK!

Round 12 (#117) BenJarvus Green-Ellis
TRIPLE YOINK!

Round 13 (#124): Lance Kendricks
Yeah I'm just going to take who I think will explode now. Clearly there's going to be talent on the waiver wire.  ::)

Round 14 (#137): Detroit
Yeah guys, draft your defense in the 6th round. Give me the Lions in the 14th any day.

Round 15 (#144): Billy Cundiff
Yeah whatever.

So I have six starting RB's. Two gun QB prospects and 4 solid WR starters. This site is fun  ;D

RiOtChEsS

ur late round picks were just :o Super Mario and The Law Firm... agree i have Kendricks in almost every League now, Bradford will rise ;)

In one of those draft now leagues, I got Jamaal Charles with pick 8 and LeSean McCoy with pick 13.

Then got Greg Jennings and Vincent Jackson with my next picks.

Here is the rest of my team as well (Not as good as I'd started):

w0w :o interest has fallen on Charles but i dont buy the kid is sooo talented... same with Shady, he led The Eagles in catches last year...

if i were u which im not but id try and take Britt and Bradshaw and get an elite to 2nd tier RB...

both r fragile and some dope might bite if they have a weak team ;)

MajorLazer

May do that, but I reckon Bradshaw will do well with Jacobs getting older and slower.

I love Charles. Reckon he will kill it this year.

Bradshaw had stress fractures in both feet last year... i dont rate his durability due to that...

if ur keen on keeping him maybe make a play to get ahold of Jacobs for bugger all...

AB is bound to go down at some stage so u will own The Giants run game ;)

nah i probably... Starks is injury prone and Grant was a top 10 back before going down last year...

There's something oddly therapeutic watching Ray Rice run over people  ;D
