I started the 10 team Yahoo league up. Draft will be closer to the season, either last two weeks of August or first week of September before the regular season games begin. There are half points per reception so this changes the value of some players as well.

The draft time is not set in stone yet but once the pre season games begin it could be held at an earlier date. It is just a working time for now.
