decisions decisions decisions. please help.

ok guys i have some tough choices to make this week, my team as it stands is:

hodge, enright, malceski, goodwin, shaw, maguire, pdavis --- kennelly,web
ablett, swan, barlow, judd, stanton, johnstone --- basti, armstrong
sandi, cox --- trengrove, warnock
chappy, brown, rok, betts, higgins, pods, fyfe --- rockliff, gumby

so, the two notable absentees are goddard and pav.

- i have 10 trades left, $168k in the bank.

this week goddard ($642k) b/e = 93, pav ($566k) b/e = 129

it would make sense to get goddard now before he goes up even more, right?

my biggest problems are forwards dropping value though. i'd ideally like to get pav and didak in for higgins and betts. this week higgins b/e is 150, betts is 130.

1. higgins ----> stewart, kennelly----> goddard
2. betts----> stewart, kennelly----> goddard
3. higgins ---->pav, betts---? stewart
4. gumby----> stewart OR warnock-->stanley, betts--->pav
5. higgins ----> stewart, betts--->pav

6. other, like maybe johnstone--->pav, higgins or betts--->stewart or something. or both betts and higgins to ~$94k players and wait til next few weeks to upgrade.

tricky, why not Gumby to Stewart, Kennelly to Goddard.

If you are keen to upgrade Higgins/Betts, you could upgrade 2 of Higgins/Betts/Fyfe to get Pav/?? with 4 trades in the next 5 rounds or so..

i'm keen to lose either higgins or betts this week because they're both almost def going to lose value with their massive breakevens, and then i'll be in the exact same spot next week (due to their crap scores last round) just with less cash, to the point where it might get too expensive to upgrade them.

I wouldn't be getting rid of Higgins.

Betts->Stewart and Kennelly->Goddard seems the way to go.

With Betts if he scores his average of 88 in the next 2 weeks he will actually only lose $6K and will gain $4K in 3!

Pav will probably shift in a similar fashion where as Goddard with go north....

I would trade Warnock -> Stanley and Kennelly -> Goddard (leaves you around $15k.

Next week maybe look at Basti->Gys and use the cash to upgrade Betts. You would able to get a fwd around the 570k mark (Didak, Franklin, Harvey).

Gumby to Stewart, Kennelly to Goddard. Rockliff or Fyfe should be enough cover for the forwards once you upgrade the other in a few rounds.
