My opinion would be:
Pav - Gun and proven. Missed the Pods boat.
Stanton - Been consistent because he junks it up. Boyd hasn't fully gotten over that minor hand surgery a few weeks ago.
Cox - If NicNat is rested soon, he should explode. Hille would be a great addition but has risen quite a lot. Hmac in bit of a form slump. Wait til he scores 100 or so to consider him ahead of the other 2.

They all seem solid options but Montagna probably a step ahead of the other 3. Massive year last and is in HOT form. He is probably one of the best midfielders for DT nowadays.

To answer the first question simply:

Pavlich:more experienced, just a gun
Boyd: Stanton always junks it up, gets pretty bad scores if he doesnt get the chance to
Cox: he's back, a whole leauge above the others mentioned.

I would go with Stanton. Essendon hitting some nice form se he is getting the chance to junk it up and is scoring well and looking rather tasty.

He has hit his straps again this year and starting to look red hot. A bit more expensive than the others but not to much that its not worth the investment. It sure is worth it!

True, he is certainly top 3 in DT players and he should be able to do pretty well for you. A captain option as well. Gets so much of the footy and his tackling gives his scores a nice 20 + point boost each game.
