Ok, I copped 2 games on the weekend that Kelli Underwood was covering and it made me turn the volume off and play the radio!

I can't take it any more these guys are killing it!

Kelli Underwood - Why women shouldn't call AFL!
James Turd (Hird) - STOP making them lip noices at the end of a sentence!
Dennis Cometti - Do you need to mention every play who plays WAFL during a game! We get it they are from WA woopy eee!
Bruce Mcavaney - Yes he is special!

Now I know why people watch the scores on fanfooty during the game!  ::)

hird and lloyd, every time they make a special comment i just think Shut Up...
kelli underwood i just feel weird when she commentates like im missing out on something the whole time she talks.

BT and cometti are my favourites.

foxtel used to have that red button feature where u could chose to just hear crowd noises. used to do that a lot when the commentating got a bit too much.

leigh matthews is also just depressing to listen to

I'm with you Blueboys.  I like the way "7 network"  has them standing in the commentary box because that's the way they do it on Yank football, so it must be "cool" and what the viewers want.  As for Kelly Underwood, she's memorised every football cliche ever uttered and after they wind her up starts spurting them out whether they make sense or not.  She tries so hard to sound "cool" and "in the know" in a masculine "no nonsense" sort of way. Everything has to be sensationalized no matter how trivial it is - you're right about Mcaveney, he must have seven or eight orgasms per game.  Don't get me started.

Commentating is a mans job.. unless underwood is a man... then she should be sacked...

I don't mind her. Just the high pitch that pisses me off. Her "sayings" are actually pretty funny to listen to. Not that she's funny, its because she says the "darndest" things ;D.
