Karmichael Hunt's said to be paid 1 million?

Is this some kind of joke  ??? It is a rumur that Karmichael Hunt's could get as much as 1 million to play AFL.

Is Australia that bad at recruiting home grown players that they need to recruite players from Ireland, Rugby and I heard USA  ???

While mature players like Barlow etc go under the radar.

I am lost to think that with all the kids that have been playing football since oz kick that a rugby player could match them. Crazy  ::)

Karmichael Hunt is worth that much, purely for promotional reasons. I live in Canberra, and Hunt and Folau have generated more interest in AFL than anything else.

Nothing stopping Brown, Judd and GAJ for asking for money to switch to rival codes.... lol
