I am a forward coach - now what?

Years of coaching badges, scrapped my way through property steward and witches hats jobs (well not really as they are new appointments). I've never been a machine gun fire, one word or one comment poster, then progressed through ruck and back coach.

The question is what do I do now I'm a forward coach?

Is it a three or four day a week type job? Should I keep a part time job on the side? By accepting the forward coach role does it mean I've given up any real chance of being a senior coach? And finally how does one teach big dumb morons how to kick straight?

I never got to go through all those apprenticeship roles :'(. From AC went straight to coach :-\

We missed out on lot HP... D: Pros has only gone through 4 ranks...

Somebody Stop Him!

(had to throw bootstudder in there, we have all been one at some time)

I've done half my degree on the old system and half on the new.

Do I get a witches hat wrangler to assist me? Perhaps there should be a buddy system?

Sounds like a good idea but with a couple of thousands of members, gonna be hard to match up people.
