Thoughts on this trade

I am thinking about this double trade

Goose > Heath Campbell
Bastinac > Montagna

What is everyone's thoughts?  Also, what do people think of Campbell's job security?  It will mean I have Webberley and Campbell as bench cover but I do have a backline full of keepers.

The trade will also mean I have a midfield full of keepers - Swan, GAJ, Bartel, NDS, Barlow & Joey with Armstrong & Shuey as bench cover.

Sounds good. Not sure on Heath though. But webberly should provide good cover :).

Montagna is in hot form after that game 8). Gonna be a gun midfield :D.

P.S It's Campbell Heath not Heath Campbell. Not sure how it got switched for most people ???

I think CH should play enough to make it worthwhile. How many trades do you have left? Unless it's real low, no reason not to do this.

I wanted to get in Montagna last week but didnt have enough coin so had to settle with NDS - who scraped together a nice 121 for his first week in the side ;)

After this trade I only have 1 more trade to make to have a full team of keepers - unless my man Fyfe continues to pump out these good scores.

The way Goose is playing he will be a perm 7th def in my team. Still if you get a prem like Montagna it's always worth it. I got him a few weeks back and his done the job for me!

I have Waters and Goose to choose as my 7th defender and thinking Waters will be the better option.

Hodge, Goddard, Carrazzo, Duffman, Enright, Gilbee, Waters is my current backline with Webberley and Goose on the bench at the moment.

He hasnt played in my team for a few weeks now and Joey is only going up in price so thinking its time to get on.  Wanted Joey last week when he was only $437ish so I am thinking Goose has to go to bring in Joey.

I really wanted him in the side last week but had to settle with NDS.  Joey's price is only going up over the next few weeks so that's why I am looking to get him in

Its only a bench player that I will never use as an EMG as I have Webberley in that spot and he looks to have secured a place in the tigers team.  At the same time I would still like him to play 4 - 6 games in case I need an emergency trade down option come finals time.

I know he's got some issues, but with his suspension finishes after this round Connors will make it difficult for Webberley to stay on the field for an extended period.
