I think more has been made of the Crows 'old' list than need be. A few oldies moving on, so what. The Crows have good number of young players that will prove to be no push over in the coming years.

And now they are in a very poor position in my opinion. Just lost their best defender, who, granted was injury prone but still, and vets retiring...
