Without stating the bleeding obvious Kennelly and Vince are problems that need immediate attention.
Take a punt on on downgrading Kennelly to a playing low priced player - 120k
Then upgrade Vince to a premium DalSanto, Cooney, Montagne etc. Hope i have helped.
