Yer I was sorry to see Prismall go, and then Mummy goes to Sydney, now Gaz may go to GC. It never seems to end :(
We have another 2 top kids in Gamble and Mitch Duncan that look like being top players and are going to get pissed at the lack of opportunities here and go elsewhere. Other teams don't need top draft picks, they get ours eventually anyway :(

I like Gamble. Needs to grow a bit more and he'll be a good forward target for many teams.
Duncan was able to get a crack earlier on this season and has decent skills. Too bad they won't be able to get him to play more games.

$800,000 a season will really test his loyalty. Richmond would have to pay him alot more after his contract is up next year.

I wonder what the players think about this. Look at Martins DT scores. Wouldn't GWS be better going after Brendon Goddard or Corey Enright or Mark Murphy for eg.

Think those guys are Loyal to their clubs. Martin just entered the league so wouldn't be that loyal. Richmond can't offer him little cash for him to stay. Have to offer him at least a couple of $$$ (Herald sun said maybe $400,000+). For a bloke not even in his 20's yet, would be very very very tempting.

Goddard and Enright are making runs for the Premiership for the next couple of years, why leave? Both have built solid careers at their club and Enright especially is very underrated and valued very highly down at Geelong. Tied B&F must mean they think of him highly so reckon he would probably be untouchable. Murphy was with Carlton through their bad years. Now when they are reaping some rewards, can't see him leaving.
