Hawthorn have only beaten Melbourne and Richmond in the last 13 weeks, it would be pretty embarrassing to be thrashed by them especially with that potent forward line. Not one goal to Betts, Gartlett, Setanta & Yarran.

My question is whether the Carlton forward line is unpredictable or just predictably avereage?

my question is shh.. :P they are all bound to have off weeks. just sucked that they chose to have them the same week lol. And maybe it was a sign that hawks are on the wway back. At the start of the year eeeeeveryone would have picked them to beat us

Well I don't really like sticking up for Carlton too often, but when it's against a damn Collingpoo supporter I'm happy to. Considering Carlton only had one fit person on the bench mid way through the 2nd qtr with White, Johnson and Yarran all going down with injury, it's no surprise that the Hawks managed to run away with it.
However in saying all this... they didn't have any excuses about their earlier loss against the Bombers ; )
