Mid season rookies

Hey, just wondering if anyone knows the rules on clubs upgrading their rookie list at mid -season. And if other people are considering holding off on downgrading cash cows to wait for more mature rookies??

Each team gets a 'free upgrade' of a rookie onto their senior list; that is they don't need to put a senior list player on the LTI list.

Yes, that what I understand.  1 per club regardless.

Although the club may choose not to for salary cap or other reasons.
