I'll keep it simple but it is yet another top of the ladder clash but this one is real.

Thoughts??

Such depth, such insight you two.

I'm not confident, just want to know what others think.

Geelong have the mental edge, no denying it.

Cats Backline v Collingwood Forward line: Geelong has the advantage
Midfield: Geelong has better star power, Collingwood has more depth
Ruck: Collingwood has the advantage
Cats Forwards v Collingwood Back line: Collingwood has the advantage

... so yeah, the Pies can beat them, but I think the Cats should rightly go in as favourites.

And last weeks wasnt real?  I saw the clash with my own eyes.

But, back on topic.  I think Geelong by 25.  There is a history of these 2 sides smashing the other one.  There has been 1 close game in the last 7 (or so)

Should be another cracking game this week for Collingwood.

I'm expecting a tough game between two of the current heavyweights of the competition.

I honestly think Collingwood can beat Geelong this week.

But the Cats are well deserved favourites because of recent clashes as well as their 2 premierships in the last 3 seasons.

I am not confident but that could be a good thing because I wasn't confident when we played Freo

Last week wasn't real because we weren't playing a proven, hardened, benchmark of the comp. We were playing Freemantle, the new kids on the block. I don't mean to patronise, I was still very happy with the win but this week is completely different.

I have my fingers crossed for this one. That game last year between Geelong and St.Kilda when they were both undefeated was the best home and away game I have EVER seen.
This game COULD even be better.
Do you think 90,000 plus might be a possibility?
Imagine the atmosphere! :)

It probably wont get 90k but somewhere between 85-90k is likely.

ANZAC Day just gets 90k and that is organised and sold out well in advance. Friday night can be a little more fickle as well but the weather is looking good.

I don't know ossie, the ball that Geelong forwards get is exceptional all they need in 10 cm's of space and they will get it down their throat from GAJ, Bunnings, bartel, Ling, Enright, Chappy and even SJ.

We'll win in the rucks and our backs will beat their forwards but this game will be won or lost in the midfield and I think theya re stronger, despite all our rotations.

Bring it on though - I'm about 600m from the G conditions are perfect for football (and a few beers).  :)
