Do I replace Banner, and Tippett or stick to my guns, wait for my rookies to peak and upgrade them?

You should be looking to up grade:

Tippet to Cox
Martin to Swan/prem player

Get some prem's in there, few forward and backline players on the bubble will help this week too.

Yeah I'm doing pretty well, if anything its just Boyd as captain letting me down.

My rationale is that I trade heavy between rounds 9-15, therefore making the most out of my rookies (IMO none of them are on the bubble just yet) I will have Swan, Pavlich, Gilbert in the team by round 15, plus premium ruck and another premium midfielder in time for DT finals.

Looking at player price projections, both Ablett and Swan should come down by 10-20k in a couple of weeks time, nicely coinciding with Martin's peaking.
