Assuming porps plays rd 1 who is a better pick?

Struggling with the same pick. I have gone roughie as porps might take a few games to heat up due to an interupted pre season.

Does anyone know if Porp played in the SANFL on the weekend (saw that he was on the AFL's "permission to play list for bye weekend")? And how well he did/how long he played for? Thanks.

yea porps played in the sanfl league trial on the weekend, not sure how he went tho

Porps played well in the SANFL trial - someone at the game said Porps was a lock in for Rnd 1 based on that performance

John Reid on radio said he'll be "strongly considered"

I reckon he's in for Rnd 1

assuming they are both fit for round 1 i'd have to go with porp, but only coz hawthorn verse geelong first up
