Team needs some help!!

Hey all, need some help with my team, have had some shocker rounds (1700) at one point and currently avg 1902, with 16 trades left and $263k in bank.

Appears to be no guts in the fwd line, rucks not doing well (clarky sucking) and few too many rookies all over which i dont know who to upgrade.

defe: Hodge, goddard, gilbert, hurn, waters, silvagni, hargrave
bench: maquire, moore

Mid: Ablett, selwood, murphy, boyd, martin, barlow,
Bench: bastinac, banner

Ruck: Naitanui, clark
Bench: roughhead, stanley

Fwd: Brown, pav, petersen, gumbleton, waite, hall, fyfe
Bench: dangerfield, rockliff

They don't do too bad when the all get a run and play well, but just doesn't seem consistent enough and not enough big guns.

Not totally sure on the whole upgrade and when to cut rookies

Need some wisdom, and ideas from the guru's out there!
