So only 13 trades left. Not ideal made some bad calls early.

Basically a few troublesome players that need to go soon but with limited trades left looking for some guidance, so...

Who out (and for who) of Hall, Rioli and Ladson? $470k in the bank.

Team below.

Cheers guys,

Backs - Hodge, Goddard, Fisher, Kennelly, Hargrave, Ladson, P. Davis (Silvagni, Nason)

Mids - Ablett, Barlow, Selwood, Pendlebury, Martin, Howlett (Mitchell, Shuey)

Rucks - Nic Nac, Hille, Trengove, Lobbe

Fwd - Pav, ROK, Brown, Buddy, Hall, Pods, Rioli (Rockliff, Gumby)

I think rioli.. he really isnt gonna do much. He will get get his 1 or 2 good games but every other game exspect like 50 from him.

Im not sure who to put in for rioli.. but yeh .

With only 13 trades left you need to be sure about committing to any new trades or you just might run out at season's end. If a win is essential for you this week then of the three players you've mentioned I'd trade Ladson.
He is officially done as a cash cow...lost $1000 last night. Trade in enright.

If a second trade is needed trade Rioli. His scores have been pathetic. You will have enough money for Didak. I'd get him. Another good score last night. He's racking up the over 100s.

Keep Hall. I am. His last two have been bad. As a big forward he's going to have those weeks. Brown had another last night too. Fevola churns out inconsistent scores. They all do it. Hall will kick a big bag soon and hopefully when he does he can put a couple together and get some cash cow $. Fingers crossed.

If you can ride Ladsons score for 2 weeks then Duffy will be good. Also have a close look at Baz to Goodes this week. Who knows with Baz in such bad form and that corkie he might be 'rested' although doubt it.

As this is about your team overall and advice overall, I'd like to move the thread to the Rate My section. Is that OK?

Thanks guys,

Yeh I think I'm heading that way in terms of Ladson, pretty worried about Rioli's body not being right but he may get the odd big score, Ladson just doesn't look uo to it, I was thinking Hawthorn would be having a much better year.

Had enright last year and was great for me, so might look at that trade. He didn't score big today so might come down a bit in price.

I'd like to offload Hall but with the low trades I think you're right, just have to take the ups and downs and hopefully upgrade him later if I get a good run with injuries.

No problems Prospector, where ever you think's best.

Thanks for the advice guys.

Don't try to use any trades in the next round, unless you have to because of injuries. I wouldn't do any of the forwards, because their aren't to many guns remaining.

What difference does it make Q, he clearly has upgrading to do. So what would waiting one round do.  I say get your team finished early and save a few trades for injuries and finals.

Stop the Trade Inflow Wait for Injuries Wait for Teams ;)

always wait for teams, last thing Friday if I'm near the net.

Yeh I'm thinking just Ladson to enright/Duffman for now.

Would like to make more trades and take the risk, but im looking at my run home and it's a lot tougher second half of the season. Might have to live with Rioli and Hall for a bit until I see how my injury luck goes.

Any other defenders people think worth considering? Gilbee? Russell as a unique? No one has him in my league and looking good so far this year.

Defenders to consider:
Gilbee would have to be up there for sure.
Have you considered Hurn? One of the best kicks in the game. He only got 15 possessions last week & scored 109. SC Gun! IMO.
Jordan Russell - looks like a nice unique option. Likes to run the ball out of the backline.
