I'm looking to get in Joel Selwood this week, but as I already have Bartel and Ablett, I'm thinking that 3 Geelong mids in one team is too many.

(I'll be looking to trade out either Luke "1-2 weeks" Shuey or Ryan Bastinac for him if that's helpful at all)

Any thoughts?

(5 trades used, 500k in the bank)

wouldnt trade luke ball just yet. i think there is better options than selwood

I didnt have a prob with Ablett, Bartle and Selwood in my side last year.  So far I have Ablett and Bartel in my team this year.

He was talking about schuey.

Seems a decent upgrade as you are getting in another premium. Selwood is quite cheap and think 3 in 1 position is too much but those 3 seem to score well most weeks. Could work out but if you don't want 3 cats, maybe look elsewhere. Finals times is when some players start to get rested.

cornes or hayes are good options if u got that extra cash

I have heard a few people now say there are better options than sellwood. If so who and are they better value?

First game of the year against Essendon, Bartel got 114, Ablett 129 and Selwood 107.

Yeah, Selwood has only the 2 tons this year, one against Essendon and one against Richmond on Sunday when Ablett didn't play.

GinoGod

selwood was a slow starter for me last year but then came good....could do the same this year
