Hey people. I thought that his bloke may have been an option in the midfield to replace martin.

But only scoring 66 against the eagles?? now im not convinced.....what are all your thoughts about this bloke

And he got smashed from Pillar to Post early in the game.  Went off 2 times with the blood rule and Embley smashed him in the first 5 mins of the game.  Embley should get a rest on the sideline for his troubles.  Head high bump

Palmer is practically only a second year player, and I think people overestimate him because he won the rising star.

yeah we overrate him because at the time he injured his knee he was our best midfielder. Now that we have depth through the midfield (Barlow, Palmer, Ibbotson, Hill, Haselby, Mundy, Crowley, Schammer and Morabito) he may not score as well as people think.

nah think id give him a few more games to get back the speed of AFL
few years back he dominated coz he was a good player in a showere n young midfield, now hes got alot of competition

u should have cash cows in ur midfield and upgrade only to premiums....Palmer isnt a premium he is a cash cow himself at his starting price

Palmer looked out of depth sometime on the weekend
Wouldn't touch him with a barge pole

he is a start player but now doesnt have to do it himself....plus coming back from ACL needs to be considered....will be sore and his TOG will be less than normal
